And he should tell people to open the letter @ the same time, say Wed morning, so west coast subscribers can get the info together. And all subscribers buying QQQ b4 anybody else should get their subscription cancelled -- they should have their accounts info available for Brinker's secretaries to check if they front run -- lol.
