Only theoretically. Rick's can get to five nines from 1-4am but its only in beta in a few outlets and hence, not yet proven scalable across the entire chain of cabarets. Stress testing software that was y2k compliant wasn't available from CA/Platinum at the time Rick's went to press with the announcement. Keep this quiet but I hear Flip has some companies incubating that might solve such issues as y2k dates.
