It means that modifications are in motion. At the moment, I only see two routers, Herndon-r01 and Herndon-R02, that have some queued clients (about 15% at the moment). The Network Operations are aware of this and working to manually balance the load on these machines. Have you not been able to connect at all, are you getting the symptoms of queuing (blank charts), or is some other problem causing you trouble?
