The files/folders that may have to be deleted are:

ContinuumClient.ini (If unable to connect)

TEMP folder in the Qcharts directory (usually only if a data error that has been corrected still shows on your screen, or if a blank chart does not display within a few minutes and is not caused by queuing)

There are several other files that are recreated when you connect:

MktHours.inf --- Contains the trading hours for all symbols
IndCodes.inf --- Various sector index information
CorpActs.inf --- Contains Corporate Actions, primarily splits.

Occasionally a local file (on your machine) is not overwritten and must be manually deleted (this occurs infrequently, though we have had a 'rogue' CorpActs file get onto the productions servers several times).
