Advanced Radio regulatory filing By CBS.MarketWatch.com Last Update: 1:33 PM ET Oct 17, 2000 NewsWatch Latest headlines On Oct. 16, CBS.MarketWatch incorrectly reported that shareholders in Advanced Radio Telecom (ARTT: news, msgs) plan to sell 9.7 million shares in the company, based on a regulatory filing. Registration of the shares with the Securities and Exchange Commission doesn't necessarily mean the shareholders will sell the shares, or that the price for the shares would be $6.75, a figure set in the registration statement to derive a fee.
