Analysis of ML downgrade of TER

ML analyst Brett Hodess downgraded the rating on TER from 1-1 to 2-2 and apparently believes he left his price target unchanged: "12-18 mo. price objective stays at $65".

Oddly, the analyst seems to have forgotten that he lowered TER's 12 month price target from $110 to $60 on 10/5 while leaving the rating unchanged. (1-1 rated stocks typically have 12 month price targets at ML.)

It would appear that the analyst LOWERED the RATING and ESTIMATES but RAISED the PRICE TARGET. Based on typical ML research guidelines, the maximum price target allowed for TER should have been $41 based on the report price of $34.44.
