RE: TER <One has to listen to CC to get this information?> I am not so sure that TER even makes the CC replay available to investors (at least I've been unable to find it after thoroughly checking the normal channels). If companies make it difficult or impossible for investors to obtain access to highly material info in a timely fashion, they should expect investors to boycott IMO. Who wants to play for $ on an un-level playing field? I suspected all along the new SEC selective disclosure guidelines have no teeth.
