Charles, I also picked up some of those PDP Sep 25's about a month ago and glad I did. The Sep 30's are a premium of $1.75 but the Sep 35's (a little expensive for me) are a premium of 3 5/8. Wish PDP would pick up some of the MXP spread. It seemes to have opened up from about 2 3/8 to now about 3 1/2. Bothers me that it opened back up, but will make it nice for those holding PDP common. It almost assures their vote for the merger at where it is today. Feel fairly sure this deal will go through, but one never knows. Are we all converting or are we buying PDP and selling MXP. Would like to hear your comments?
