Joe - Re: "It looks like I was correct in predicting that Windows for Itanium will not be ready in time." Linux was ready. And most server applications run on Linux. Either way, ITanium SYSTEMS are shipping. Give Intel some credit - they marshalled their resources to get an ITanium 64 bit OS shipping along with IA64 applications - while all you AMDfedayeen kept denying any of this was going to happen.
