From the Desk of John Schmitz:

PanAmerican is a growth company and, we believe, one of the most innovative businesses in existence today. Yet, some of our businesses are just beginning to build their presence in the marketplace.

Because it is important to try to accelerate the process of revenue expansion and enhance our success in achieving a strong market presence, I will be announcing a series of leadership changes and administrative shifts that are necessary to continue our opportunities for growth.

We have, for the past several years been an innovator in providing Internet Services to our customers, yet we have only begun to achieve the promise of being a fully integrated provider of those services. We have not yet accomplished our goal of being a financial service leader as I had hoped we would be by now. Our ability to collaborate on new solutions that better serve the needs of our customers still remains the critical path to achieving that goal. Therefore, I will be naming a new chief executive officer in the next few days who I believe will lead PanAmerican to that promise that I've talked about over the past year.

These are exiting times for PanAmerican but they are also challenging ones. I know that with the right leadership, we will realize our promise in the marketplace, and the result will be reflective in the value and in the return to our shareholders.
