Mike:

RFMD lowers expectations. AHAA will be slammed also.

On NAT. I haven't pushed this one but have mentioned it a couple of times. It is very hard to get any information about the company. They are a Bermuda based and American Stock Exchange listed company. I read about them when there was a blurb in Barrons dividend comment "They've done it again" referencing the dividend increase from 45 to 67 cents. Stock was @ $17 (I think I first mentioned it around 18). I've read but haven't been able to confirm (its real hard finding out data) the next dividend is $1.10.

They own 3 late 1997 suez size double hull oil tankers. The tankers are on a 7 year lease to BP with BP having the option to renew yearly. Tanker rates have been exploding in part due to age of tanker fleet. The company pays all net income out as a dividend.

The BP lease calls for a set daily rate and a look back to true up is market rates are higher (the true up is 1/4 in arrears). The BP lease should be good for a floor dividend on 30 to 34 cents / quarter.

I would buy more on a pull back but I own enough from a risk concentration perspective (with some in mothers ira and wifes account).

I didn't bet the farm here especially since there is risks with such a small company where you can't find info. We (the two accounts) did receive the dividend last quarter so its not a hoax (one of my initial fears, remember BreX).

There is now a NAT thread and I can confirm the data posted in the intro is accurate. I did receive the last quarter financials and if you PM your fax # I can send tomorrow.

You know how one (at least I can) mention a stock and start pointing out the great fundamentals and then WHAM WHACK SPLAT the stock gets hammered (like SSTI). We'll this one is such an unknown I didn't want anyone to think I was really pushing it cause it can still whack.

I'm setting up a buy list on semis BUT AHAA just came off with the RFMD news & LTXX with TER's warning. Maybe just CYMI, SSTI, SNDK & NVLS. Lets hope INTL & IBM have stopped the carnage (for the next few weeks).

Tim
