If you set the AutoServerUpdateList to false, you must have at least one server listed. Below are four candidates for a server you could use:

Server=64.210.188.22:23100 65535 01/01/1801 00:00:00 (snyvale-r02.quote.com)
Server=64.14.75.22:23100 65535 01/01/1801 00:00:00 (boston-r02.quote.com)
Server=64.210.188.21:23100 65535 01/01/1801 00:00:00 (snyvale-r01.quote.com)
Server=64.14.75.21:23100 65535 01/01/1801 00:00:00 (boston-r01.quote.com)

Alternatively, you could delete the ContinuumClient.ini file and connect to one of the default servers (at which point the CC.ini file would be recreated with a listing of servers).
