You certainly are the sanctimonious little preacher man, aren't you, T? Someone given to preaching complete confidence in Intel's inevitable triumph due to its superior code names is not in much of a position to whine about FUD. RMBS may or may not win its legal battles, but good news on the technical front, or the conventional business front, is hard to come by. Has Intel actually got successors to the VC820 and OR840 in the pipe? Is there some secret plan to produce enough P4's and 850 boards to make a difference, before the original edition goes obsolete after 6 months? Have you picked up your souvenir VC820 board yet?
