Well, based on 4 billion outstanding, the market cap is about $40 million. Is that a fair market value for MVEE? Trimark (TMRK)(formerly Vidmark) has a market cap of $42 million. -- 2000 is the first profitable year since 1995 -- $57 million in debt -- Stock price range $2 - $9 -- $95 million in sales -- 6 million shares outstanding -- $25 million Cash and Accounts Receivables Questions: Is Trimark's market cap $42 million because that is the net cost of its film assets? Would Trimark's market cap be lower if it were not merging with Lions Gate Entertainment (LGF)?
