Six to eight fabs now to Q101 has to be 0.18. Nobody has running production 0.13 fabs yet. BTW, asked if P4 had to have 0.13 to scale, Paul said it would scale very well on 0.18. 0.13 would be gravy. He also said P4 comes out at "1.4 GHz and above" and then went into the scaling story. He mentioned again the "P4 will ramp faster than PII did." Tony
