Gary , there is not questions that Copper is loosing to others. They admitted that biggest market will be with outside CLECS. However, some CLECs like New Edge(MSDW,Goldam S.) is deploying extremely aggressively, others without founding much less and may be Copper have some of them as the customers. Over the last few months ALA for example have been increasing its forecast of DSL deployment for full 2000...... Copper used traditional excused about spending. For example by September ALA recorded 1 billion $ revenue in IP/ATM switch-routers, ATM switches and DSALMs to SBC only. Generally speaking prices of small access providers have dropped significantly over the last six months. Must be some reason for that..... Zbyslaw
