I believe MSFT is becoming a web-centric company at the worst possible time. Pension funds should read the following and consider making some position adjustments before the close tomorrow. (I doubt that they will):

"We caution investors that it may take three to six months for a rebound in Microsoft" given its need to shift from PC-centric to Internet-centric model, said Shilakes."

"As for Microsoft's much-hyped .Net Internet-based subscription service model announced this year, no revenue is expected. ".Net is strategically important but financially inconsequential at this time," says J.P. Morgan's Epifanio."

Uhhhh....internet-centric models don't seem to be working too well lately anyway, Bill. So where's the beef?

AMZN bonds at 50 cents to the dollar? Wow.
