Ed,

My experience tells me when all the "experts" say we are in a new and different environment, it is time to sell.

In 1980, oil was going to $100.00, and the world was going to be short of oil forever?

In March of 1999, oil was going to $5.00 and was going to be cheap for a long long time.

The time to buy is when all the "experts" say it's not ever going up, and the time to sell is when all the "experts" say it's never going back below $2.00. "We are now in a new environment with a new floor which is now $2.50-3.50". When I hear that as much as I've heard it over the last month or so, I know it will be $1.50 sooner then I would like to believe.

Jim
