John we are just trying to digest the info. My reaction to high margins was the same as your's that is if true then that implies no price war yet this "if" bothers me somewhat. Amd is moving up MHz scale while cutting prices yet intel is fairly confident of high margins with 2mil of pIII inventory ???? Intel is also quickly running out of investment portfolio and they would have to make up for 4 billions in capital gains/year which is more than .5/share. Regards -Albert
