I cant believe this, it looks like FON gave itself a license to screw PCS shareholders. If true, I am going to have reconsider my investment in PCS. What a frigging joke...

Time to go read some SEC filings....This is from Morgan Stanley Dean Witter.

Option to recapture value of Sprint PCS.

We believesome value exists for the right of Sprint FON Group to repurchase Sprint PCS, should this be deemed desirable for shareholders. From November of 2001 until November of 2002, Sprint FON Group has the right to buy back SprintPCS for a 10% premium to PCS' prior 20-day period trading average. After this period expires, the boards of both PCS and FON must determine the fair purchase price, should FON wish to be a buyer.
