Tom,

I have cable at one location and DSL at another. DSL is great but cable is superior. However, cable only became superior when there was fiber to street in front of the home. Is that what you meant to the home? There is no sharing the copper 75 Ohm coax to the street so I do not see an advantage to fiber from the street to the home at this juncture. DSL has too much distance from switching station sensitivity in my opinion.
