Bregman along with Friedman is a major stockholder, Dr. H is not anywhere near Bregman in the number of shares held. I don't know of a company where the major stockholder is told what he can and cannot say by the new hire on the block. Perhaps Bregman's has a philisophical difference regarding Dr. H's gag order and intends to do things his way again. It quite evident, "Sneaky Shalom's" way isn't doing much...and the he doesn't understand the he has a contract.."Stethoscope for Hire "...with ADVR, he also seems to have no idea that this is a "public" company and not just his feedbag. Go Bregman.....on the other hand maybe Tom Jones is a trouble maker..time will tell. I've been curious though as to why they hired a PR firm, then went into the gag mode. The weirdest part about that is someone placed a want ad for research PHD's then asked them to contact the PR agency, that is not the way scientific people get hired, PR agencies are not qualified to talk to scientists. What gives ?
