Well, I would admit that Gore certainly overcompensated on this debate. I'm hoping that many people will be put off by Gore's aggressiveness and pandering.

But the facts are the facts... Gore is promising the world and someone is going to have to pay for it..

So what will likely defeat Gore the most will be the stock market, which fears his "bad for business" approach to governmental spending.

And the market looking pretty ugly. My "gurus" are telling me that we need to penetrate 3,380 or so on heavy volume to the upside. If not, the wave count would suggest we're heading down to test 3,040 and failing to support that, 2,850.

Worse yet, some are hypothesizing that 2,500 may be in the wings should the mid-east become even more tense, or break out in open warfare.

That will defeat Gore in the election.. because you certainly can't blame it on Bush..

So indeed, we'll see who has the last laugh... (those most of us out here won't likely find it very funny).
