Anyone confirms that the Iomega insiders have sold their shares recently?

I read the article in Salt Lake City Tribune saying last week that they sold some of their shares but Iomega declined that comment. And also it says that Iomega stock will go down to the target of $10-15. SLC Tribune Headquarter is about 45 miles away from Iomega Headquarter. There has been alot of negative articles in the past three weeks here.

I drove by Iomega Headquarter (I live about 3 miles away from them) last Sunday to see if all the parkings are full that it used to be. I only saw half of them emptied on the site that concerns me.
