Evidence will show the 13d/a records sell at low prices and buy at high prices. Only this type of illogical trading it will show the trades are to maintain a market. Further more, you can track the stock price is moving up in time. This is a classical market making method usually only by the best market makers in the craft. The result for the 5% owner is that money is lost in maintaining the market but the holdings increase in value greatly.
