Fundamental analysis 11?

Quick look at fundamental research analysis could be done at Zacks. But you can get it free at:

yahoo.com quotes; put in the stock symbol and change basic to research.

This will give you projected earnings and other info such as number of houses recommand buy, hold or sell. Market making info by analysts. It crosses market making into fundamental data analysis as well.

More importantly, it gives you access to Edgar, the info on the company's SEC filings, all the 10k, 10q, 13d/a. The info on annual report, the quarterly report and report on 5% ownership/changes and buy and sell infomation. The buy and sell individual trades shows from 13d/a actually will indicate to you if market maker or specialist are using the owner as stock pool and/or cash pool to maintain a market. Evidence will show the 13d/a records sell at low prices and buy at high prices. Only this type of illogical trading it will show the trades are to maintain a market. Further more, you can track the stock price is moving up in time. This is a classical market making method usually only by the best market makers in the craft. The result for the 5% owner is that money is lost in maintaining the market but the holdings increase in value greatly. Your stock will also be in good hands, until some more market makers crash the party.

The interweaving of market making, fundamental analysis and technical analysis and eventual management consulting, now have to begin as a mangement consulting class, for beginners of stock investment.
