Might I suggest you go to our site which can be found in our profiles. When you you register for the bulletin board, you can sign up for the e-mail alert by using the "Update Profile" link. As soon as he makes an index update, it will be delivered via e-mail to your office e-mail address. I use it to monitor all our boards and keep tabs on what is going on. You can select which board you want to get the mail on. The Index Update board is only for his use and usually only has 1 or two posts a day. The Market Discussion gets a bit more traffic so you may want to pass on that one if you are worried about getting too much mail. ( ABout 7 - 15 a day ). Good Luck, Lee
