Bobby ..... to be perfectly

honest, I have *no* clue. I'd like to be bullish (mainly because of the pain), but what I'd like does not count :). I understand the contrary argument pretty well, but it's really hard to use it when the data is not that good .... I only mean there is so much noise in figuring out what is going on. But it's entirely possible (even probable) you are right and we continue down. I'm not as experienced.

Looking back from Jan to March, do you think we went up to 5000 because everybody thought we were going down? Somehow, I don't recall that sentiment. It surely showed up at the top (we thought "higher" and we went "lower") ... and using that analogy, when we think "lower" now we are sure to go "higher" ...

The only question is, who is this "we" that defines things ...... I'm never able to answer that. People making predictions seem to look at the next guy or group of guys as "we" ..... but that doesn't seem right to me. But then again, what do I know? :)

If I was to guess ... only guess .... I'd say that things are going to turn upwards a bit (perhaps after dipping a bit) for the near term... just for a little while. After that, it is going to depend on events. And nobody I know can predict those .... least of all the charts.

Joseph :)
