Clueless Albert - re: 'Intel is also quickly running out of investment portfolio and they would have to make up for 4 billions in capital gains/year which is more than .5/share' Intel just ADDED 966 Million Dollars to its Intel Capital Fund - ready and able for REINVESTMENT.
