I received info on a share buy back a week ago of 20% of the companies stock. Then the plan was to increase by the same amount for aquisitions.

Softbank Corp divests 87m shares in Softbank Inv (0648-HK)

Softbank Corporation reported to the Stock Exchange of Hong Kong that it has disposed of its 87.53 million shares in Softbank Investment International (Strategic) Limited 0648-HK).

The rise in share price of the latter decreased to only 3.7 pct after rallying by over 10 pct this morning.

Softbank Corporation has bought into Cheung Wah Development Company Limited at $0.18 per share in early 2000 and the share price had risen to a high of $17.70.

As such, even the corporation disposes of the shares at a discount, it may have a 200 to 300 pct-gain.
