Yaacov, Goodmorning.

If I were a manager of a Mutual Fund and the Fed raised interest rates, I guess I would attempt to position the fund's portfolio with companies which would benenfit from a rate increase. I would always look for value and try to acculuate shares in a company that would offer potential for short or longer term gains. etc. utilities,consumer goods and banking. I would manage a mutual fund on the same principle I manage my own portfolio which is like having my personal mutual fund. I hope this helps a little.
