One lady in a focus group was explaining who she was voting because there was only $250 difference or something. Then she goes on about a $2000 tax credit. She did not understand the tax credit is a $2000 refund or deduction from taxes owed. Commentator tried to explain but she wasn't ready to get off a $250 number. A lot of these folks have no idea of what the programs are about only personalities.
