Go to the 10-K. It has some decent detail on this issue.

Note that even though Intel spent $1 billion for shares at a high price, I would agree that Intel does not have nearly as much exposure as a lot of other tech companies. For example, at current prices, Microsoft will owe almost $12 billion over the next year and a half. The numbers get larger the more MSFT stock drops as they have written puts on over 800mm shares in total.
