ANTC is free to pursue her ambition with an additional $325MM in the pocket but w/o a short leash. Bosco- The way I read it, ANTC does not get the $325 million. NT gets $325 million for giving up the majority ownership of Arris Interactive. At least that is the way I read the PR. I cannot tell where the money is coming from. Obviously either ANTC or Arris Interactive. It's confusing to me. -MikeM(From Florida)
