Spoke with Jonathan Small late yesterday. 1) The phone system when you call 1.949.833.5381 rings and rings with no answer. The phone system was worked on today and it caused this "no answer" problem. He encourages everyone to continue calling him and leaving messages, once the system is fixed. 2) The pulling of the spinoff's were due to NUOA 10k not being file. The shares WILL be distributed after NUOA is current. 3) Jonathan expects NUOA to be current within the next 3 to 4 weeks. 4) He also expects NUOA to be back the OTCBB within 3 weeks after the 10k is filed. Looks like around the first week of December. 5) Shareholders proxies to be mailed out with the annual meeting to occur in January or February after the 10k is filed. 6) The SALT lawsuit ($300 million). He is waiting for the attorney to call him with an update. 7) He has the paperwork stating that the 100 million needed for financing is on the way. A press release will be issued when the money begins to come in. Some of this money will be used to purchase and finish the entire Cap Gammarth Resort. Big, Big, Big News. This info was in the OAIS 10k filing. NUOA longs, I think this is the time to average down. All I know at the moment. Jeff
