Right now the market is starting to rebound, but with the DOW down 300 points and the NAZ down 138, I still do not have any CLASS 1 BUY SIGNALS. THAT IS NOT GOOD, which implies that there is still potential downside.

Unless the market closes at the lows, then maybe a CLASS 2 BUY but still no CLASS 1 BUYS.
