The conflict that leerink has as a market maker is no greater, and probably much less, then that of most Sell side analysts that work for firms with Investment banking arms.

Anyone who believes that a for profit organization will distribute valuable information for free is just kidding oneself. IMO, most sell side analysts deserve no credibility whatsoever. How frequently do you see Strong Buy recommendation maintained until a stock nears its trough only to get its rating cut.

And we should rely on these guys for investment decisions? NOT.
