Carl,

Thanks for correcting my impression of TER and its relationship, or lack thereof, with RDRAM.

Is TER primarily a story of shrinks, and a pause before the new equipment starts pumping out silicon? or something else? Or do we have to subscribe to get the answer? <g>

Best wishes,
Ian.

P.S. to thread. Carl Johnson, at infrastructure.com is one of the few Semiconductor Equipment analysts with knowledge of the sector that I completely respect.

He knows the business; he isn't associated with the sellside or an investment banker; and unlike Jonathan Joseph, he's never been caught taking wrong information from The Register then basing an investment opinion on that erroneous data.
