Shrub talking tough about Saddam is like Chevron advertising "People care" about their environmental concerns. False and deceptive advertising. Same with prescription drugs as we now learn. And education. And crime. And drugs. Bush's record shows failure but he talks tough as if he's the man to do something about it.
