You can always see problems at Schwab coming. They're telegraphed. They continue to make the same mistake, over and over again.

Potruck..... stay ahead of the staffing curve. Stay ahead on the server curve. You've overcome your arrogance for the past three years to listen to customers.

Start over again. Your management snaffus are costing me.
