Valery Oortnov - Given that in a bear market by definition we get lower lows and lower highs as the decline progresses, it makes sense that the ideal QQQ entry point this time would be lower than the Under $75 entry point last May. JMHO. That's why I'm puzzled by the timing of the latest recommendation. P
