well, I have to think there's been enough smoke around the Sony issue to feel certain there's a fire under there somewhere. Not that it's a guarantee Sony'll use the TRKR system in future, but it can't be dismissed. On what basis do you deny there's ever been a relationship with Sony? As far as TRKR's patent and your assertion that " . . .its system doesn't amount to much - and has nothing to do with business" are concerned . . . that's a delightfully innocuous remark, isn't it? What's it supposed to mean? Finally, sure, if everyone wants to develop their own bar-code tracking system (as some have done) I suppose they can, as long as what they develop is just for their own use and doesn't infringe on TRKR's application patents (i.e. they don't sell their systems). . . . but why would they when they can buy an off-the-shelf system? Nobody can do it for nothing. I'd be sort of interested in a deeper glimpse into your thinking. Would you care to oblige?
