The Toronto location was converted from a fairly large mom and pop convenience store and it is about the size of a McDonalds (my guess is that it seats about 100-125 people). It's located in the trendy Yonge-Eglinton neighborhood and since it opened I have constantly seen it 3/4s full. It's bright, clean and great attentive staff. Contrary to a recent press release, this location DOES NOT have a patio yet although they are applying for a license.

The second location is about to open up in the equally trendy Yonge-St.Clair neighborhood. The street is always busy and there are a couple of office towers close by. However, I think it will do more family dinner business than lunch-time business. My girlfriend works close by this location so I'll get her to do some undercover work for us once it opens.
