IMHO, SG Cowen's analysis of ISSI is fair. ISSI is worth at least $ 25 - but it may take several weeks for an upturn since the market is "quite sick" right now. ISSI's forward P/E of ~ 6 bodes quite well, once the institutions start buying! I hope they deliver good earnings - semis have been pushed down too much by certain analysts so that they can buy them on them on the cheap later - that's all! Wait till the middle of Nov. -ISSI, MU etc. will move up well! Right now, the bears are winning out!
