How do we know this isn't another hacked site job?

A more probable explanation is the transition of reg FD rules, which do not "officially" take effect until October 23. Perhaps someone at the company IR leaked it like the old days, and the company when they found this out had no choice but to post the full report on their own website.

Reg FD only recites what was the law of disclosure before.
