Leftist spin? You've got to be kidding. As for the Chilean pension system, the report was superficial and erroneous, a rose stuck on the casket of a corrupt broker's wet dream. Literally millions of Chileans are being screwed out of their retirement earnings -- with no meaningful safety net. It would be hard to imagine a more destabilizing threat to Chile's domestic tranquility. Sabe usted?
