Anyone who doesn't think there is a huge "puke factor" for both of the candidates (or any candidate in most larger elections) isn't looking too closely.

I agree that Nader is an option for people who would vote Democrat or some fiscal conservatives who don't like the right wing control of the Republicans but still want to send a message. It is a low risk because of the Electoral College - your vote doesn't count anyway for the winner, but it does carry a message. I want whoever wins to have to avoid the word "mandate" or "consensus" in his post-election posturing.
