Hi Pat,

Just curious if you have any input based on the recent turn of tern (50% drop today) and the impact on CMTO. I've followed your comments and thoughts on GG and figure you probably feel TERN shareholders are getting what they deserve.

However, do you still feel good about CMTO's management after their changes ? If so I assume you feel a buying oppurtunity has only been increased by tern and covd (down 60% today) today ?
