milo, thanks for the article on INTC/RMBS. The article makes it sound like Intel purchased new shares of Samsung and Micron, i.e., Samsung and Micron received the money and used it to make RDRAM. Did they get a below market price? I would think Micron shareholders could sue Micron for diluting their shares and getting a lawsuit from Rambus in return. Petz
