Valery Portnov - If it turns out that you are right about the NAZ 2800-2900 area being a better QQQ entry point, by proportion I calculate the QQQ buy point to be $67-$69.
(ie. 75:3164 = x:2000, x=$69 and 75:3164 = x:2800, x=$67).

Interesting that the bulletin is undated and gives no buy point. Maybe it's intended to be re-usable in subsequent years.
