I use NYMEX:
cgi.ino.com
it is the only site which is updated real-time during the day and it is in agreement with Bloomberg's,
bloomberg.com
and the only time this presents a problem is when the monthly contract ends and they make the transition to the next month, which happens on, or about, the 21st of the month. This may create a temporary fluctuation in the price.

I also use Oilworld:
oilworld.com
the same source you reference which shows a SPOT PRICE for WTI of $21.68 on 05/21/97, not $19.75. I think you will find when all is said and done that the prices I list are very close to the price that CWEI uses as the basis for its received price. You are welcome to contact CWEI and check this out. The OilWorld URL is:
oilworld.com

There is a 1:1 correlation between the wild fluctuation in the Futures Price and the Spot Price. The price that CWEI receives is based on an average for a complete month.
